New Accounts Payable System Now Live
UBC recently launched its new Accounts Payable (AP) system, Ascend, an important step toward modernizing invoice processing and enhancing integration with Workday. Ascend is fully integrated with Workday and uses automation to streamline the invoice triage and entry process across both UBC Vancouver and Okanagan campuses.

Administration building moves organized for next week
Renovations in the Administration building are starting this month and as a result Payment and Procurement Services (formerly part of Finance) and Human Resources will temporarily move to new locations.
