| The UBC Okanagan Payroll team is adopting a ticket-based approach for inquiries, effective February 1, 2022.
Payroll is requesting that all payroll inquiries be directed to the UBC Self Service Portal. Tickets will then be address in order of priority. This change will allow better tracking of payroll, help identify issues that require process or system changes as well as other improvements. |

Payroll at UBC’s Okanagan Finance Operations and Strategies office can help answer questions about pay, benefits, taxes, and more.
In order to serve the campus better the Payroll team will be altering the service model, effective at the start of the new fiscal year. Departments will be able to have a single point of contact for their needs, regardless of whether they are dealing with a faculty, staff, or student issue.
