Revenue Accounting is responsible for the following functions on UBC’s Okanagan campus:

  • Reconciling credit card accounts
  • Arranging stop payment and re-issue of cheques drawn on the General Accounts upon receipt of instructions from departments.
  • Preparing T4A, T4A-NR, and T5 returns
  • Remitting withholding taxes
  • Processing incoming wires/EFTs and returned items
  • Monitoring merchant department compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS)
