The purpose of this form is to provide various UBC stakeholders with early stage indications of the proposed equipment, and whether the equipment purchase requires space, indoor or outdoor storage, or impacts building to systems and structures. Persons ordering equipment may have strong knowledge of the equipment they are intending to purchase, but may be unaware of restrictions which UBC buildings and infrastructure may have.
Once you have submitted the completed form to email@example.com, UBC stakeholders will review the information you provide and assess the feasibility and impact of its installation.
