UBC Accounting 101

UBC Accounting 101 provides you with an introduction to the accounting practices and accounting structure at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and is aimed at UBC employees who process financial transactions or review financial information at the University.

This is an online course and can be completed at your own pace. Participants can spend approximately up to one hour to complete the reading, the quiz and the survey at a comfortable pace.

UBC Accounting 101 is highly recommended to new employees and to anyone planningon attending any Finance training sessions, especially those new to UBC’s accounting terminologies and concepts.

Available to: 
Personnel with data entry or reviewer responsibilities in FMS certified departments.
New employees with finance or administrative functions and roles.
