Smartforms

Smartforms are web-based requisition forms that serve to replace paper-based requisition forms (Q-Requisitions and Travel Requisitions). This course will assist those employees whose
departments are interested in understanding:

• The accurate policies and procedures used when paying for goods and services using requisition forms.
• How to complete web-based Q-Reqs, Travel Reqs and Honorariums accurately and how to edit and print completed requisitions.
• How to use selected features in FMS nQuery such as searching for Vendor IDs, SpeedCharts and PG’s and viewing paid requisitions.

The session is open to a maximum of 12 participants. Please note that the course requires a minimum of 2 registered participants; insufficient registrations will result in the course being cancelled.
