Requesting Access to the UBC Okanagan Amazon Business Account:

To request access, please contact UBCO Procurement with the following information:

  • First and last name
  • UBC email address
  • Department or Faculty
  • Shipping address

Important: You must have a UBC email and be part of the Okanagan campus to be eligible.

Once your access is set up, you’ll receive an email invitation from Amazon to complete your registration. Refer to the Registration Guide provided in the email for step-by-step instructions—whether you’re new to Amazon or already using your UBC email for an Amazon account.

Note: If you already have an Amazon Business account, inform Procurement in your request. Additional steps may be required to link your account.
