When can Research Finance Help You?

• After your first award letter is received by the Office of Research Services (ORS) or the University Industry Liaison Office (UILO), a Research Project Budget (RPB) will be sent to you confirming the project worktag and other information. Then Research Finance can help you access your financial information.

• When your first RPB is issued, your Research Finance Analyst will contact you and provide a brief orientation to the services offered by Research Finance and UBC financial management resources.
• When you have questions or concerns about your research budget or eligibility of expenses contact the Research Finance person assigned to your faculty.
